Truck Bed Linings

Rose Detailing now offers an additional level of automotive protection, super tough polyurethane Spray-On Bed Liners for automotive and commercial purposes.
There are two basic methods of applying Spray-On bed liners, one uses a high pressure system while the other uses low pressure. Both procedures offer unique textures, strength and anti-slip properties.

Our Spray-On Bed Liner devision is headed by Chris Witter, the lead sprayer at Tailgates Plus, another local bedliner company, for 7 years.

Ultimate logo

Ultimate Linings is a Low Pressure application system that is extremely rugged, solvent-free polyurethane that contains no VOCs or CFCs that pollute the atmosphere. The lining is sprayed directly on the metal to form a tight bond, which prevents water, dirt and other harmful materials from getting between the lining and the bed. The result is a tough alternative to drop in plastic bed liners that can trap dirt and moisture.

Xtreme logo

Xtreme Liners is a High Pressure application system that gives your truck bed the best protection possible. Because the liner is professionally applied, the entire truck bed is sealed, keeping out moisture and protecting the bed against scratches, dents and scuffing. No matter what you haul, the Xtreme Liner will help protect your truck bed, adding more life to your vehicle.

Which process do I choose?

High pressure materials are generally harder and stronger than low pressure materials. The higher strength makes the material more resistant to cuts and scratches but less slip resistant. The high pressure system allows for thinner coatings to be used and can be applied in finer textures. High pressure materials dry extremely fast so they do not flow to fill dings and dents as well as the low pressure system does.

Low pressure materials are slightly softer and more rubber like with a smoother texture, that makes it more slip resistant. It also has a slower setup time so it can flow into voids and fill them. Low pressure materials are generally more dense and are sprayed on in thinker coats. This makes it an excellent sound deadener to reduce road noise when applied to vehicle interiors and the underside of vehicle bodies.
